Mythic+ utility index
Every group buff, dispel, interrupt and cooldown that shapes a five-player Mythic+ party. Click a utility to see which specs bring it and which dungeons make it mandatory.
Bloodlust / Heroism
Bloodlust-style haste is the biggest throughput buff a five-player key can get. It is usually used on the hardest boss or the largest trash pull, so every serious comp wants exactly one provider.
See specs →Combat Resurrection
A combat res turns a lethal mistake into a timed run. Most groups plan around having at least one battle res in the party.
See specs →Short-CD Interrupts
Interruptible casts are the main reason keys fail. A party needs enough short interrupts to rotate through trash packs without gaps.
See specs →Poison Dispels
Poison dispels are mandatory in dungeons that blanket the group with venom. Without one, the healer spends every global cleansing instead of healing.
See specs →Curse Dispels
Curses are common in troll, void and elemental-themed keys. A curse dispel saves the healer mana and prevents hexes from chaining.
See specs →Disease Dispels
Disease dispels are rarer than poison or curse cleanses, but they trivialize undead-heavy keys when available.
See specs →Magic Dispels
Magic debuffs are the most common dispel type in Dragonflight and later keys. Healers are the traditional answer, but a few DPS and tanks help too.
See specs →Movement Speed
Party movement speed makes dodging waves, running from beams and reaching safe zones easier. It is especially valuable in mechanics that slow or disorient the group.
See specs →Group Healing
Group healing cooldowns act like a second healer cooldown during burst damage. They are strongest when the whole party is taking damage at once.
See specs →Damage Mitigation
Damage-reduction externals turn one-shots into survivable hits. Tanks use them for busters; healers use them to save squishy DPS.
