Hexcallers
TrashCaster support
- DispelWithering Hex
Curse that halves healing — dispel it or the healer falls behind instantly.
- InterruptSummon Totem
Kick the summon; otherwise the totem must be cleaved down separately.
Troll shaman and bear-form packs: curses land constantly and enrages make the tank damage spike. A curse dispel is close to mandatory and enrage removal saves the tank's cooldowns.

Restoration Druid
Remove Corruption + Soothe
Only spec that covers both the curse spam and the bear-pack enrages.
Balance Druid
Soothe + Remove Corruption
Same toolkit from a ranged DPS slot when the healer isn't a druid.
Arcane Mage
Remove Curse
Mage curse removal keeps Mass Hex off the group between healer globals.
Beast Mastery Hunter

Removes enrages at range and strips the Blood Frenzy packs.
Brewmaster Monk
Ring of Peace + Leg Sweep
Two stops per pack for the Hexcaller summons and berserker charges.
Caster support
Curse that halves healing — dispel it or the healer falls behind instantly.
Kick the summon; otherwise the totem must be cleaved down separately.
Melee packs
Enrage — soothe it, or the tank takes double melee for 12s.
Charging melee swing; stun to cancel.
Curse check
Curse on three players — every curse left up is a damage loss and a healing debuff.
Rotating cast — needs two interrupters to fully cover.
Ramping party damage until the totem dies; swap immediately.
Enrage boss
Enrage every 30s — soothe it or use a big tank cooldown.
Leaps at a random player; keep spread so nobody eats the splash.
Growing pools — plan a clean kiting lane early.
Final boss, phase swap
Swaps to melee mode — tank cooldowns and no ranged uptime loss.
Frontal charge across the room; sidestep, don't try to outrun.
Cleave on tank plus nearest player — spread melee or use a party cooldown.
